We are expanding our operations and seeking a skilled Sales TeleCaller to manage inbound leads and generate new business opportunities. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Sales TeleCaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound sales inquiries, build relationships with potential clients, and generate new leads through outbound calling. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads, understanding their needs and aligning them with ParkSmart’s solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads to move them through the sales process.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and organizing sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office.
