We’re recruiting ‘Infrastructure Engineer – Linux’ for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.
Job Description:
In this role, we’re looking for someone who has proven experience in managing virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, OVM, and KVM) in both Windows and Linux server settings.Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash, as well as automation technologies like Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
- Strong knowledge and experience of network protocols and best practices for security.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT), computer science, or a similar field (or equivalent job experience).
- Expertise: More than 10 years of experience as a Linux and Windows platform engineer to oversee, preserve, and enhance our server infrastructure.
- Previous experience with cloud platforms (like AWS, Azure, or OCI) is a plus.
- ITIL V4 certification, OCI foundation or architect.
