Job Title: Technical Lead, Location: Noida/Chandigarh (highly preferred) Role Type: Permanent Role Overview : The Technical Lead is responsible for guiding the technical direction and execution of the pod’s projects, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation. This involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, focusing on areas like UX design enhancement, POC development, or customized demos. Expertise in software architecture, full-stack development, Agile methodologies, AI/ML, and emerging technologies is required. UX and Design Enhancement Focus : Improve the overall UX for large deals defense and offering development, creating microsites, and leveraging Figma and other tools for visual storytelling. Key Qualifications/Experience :
- 7+ years of experience in front-end development and technical leadership roles.
- Expertise in JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and web performance optimization.
- Strong experience with UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and principles.
- Proven track record in developing high-quality, user-friendly web interfaces and microsites.
