Desired Background : • The person should be from sales background. Energetic, good communication, presentable. • Excellent in communication, well connected in the region • Should be handling project business through architects and interior designers. • Able to understand requirements from interior designers and architectures. • Should possess analytical mind with strong business acumen. • Person associated with - lighting, laminates, sanitary ware, ceramic, home furnishing, paints, kitchenware, plywood, modular furniture will be preferred. Desired Candidate Profile: • To develop a deep understanding about the Company’s Products, Sales & Marketing operations and our competitors. • To come up with the consumer insight and contribute in the external market research and events. • To develop relationship with leading architects and interior designers across India. • Sales Strategy plan, Product positioning and road map to achieve sales target.. • Plan and execution of International & domestic Trade Fair’s and exhibition. • Leading a team of IDA’s and Retail. • Opening up of new Franchisee across India. • New Business development, buyers negotiation. • Should be handling project business through architects and interior designers. • Able to understand requirements from interior designers and architectures. • Should possess analytical mind with strong business acumen. • Close eye on each enquiry till execution on project . • He/ She will be responsible for International Market. Desired Candidate Profile: • Good communication skills. • Undergraduate or Post-graduate in one of the relevant fields: Business Administration, Marketing, CRM • Should posses excellent relationship building skills with potential clients. • Team-oriented • Enjoys working in an informal environment with a "growing company" culture • Willingness to work from time to time over extended hours in order to achieve goals set by managers or customers • Self driven, persistent, action oriented and goal driven. Desired Experience & Qualification: • 15-20 years’+ experience . • Qualification- MBA
