IT Compliance Analyst

Position reports to Head of IT Compliance

• Review and establish suitable IT internal controls to protect the information assets by ensuring their confidentiality, integrity and availability.
• Review and improve IT processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of IT service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal/external auditors on any IT-related audits and prepare management responses for audit findings.
• Conduct an internal IT audit periodically to ensure the IT internal controls are executed as planned.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining IT governance and security policies.
• Conduct license compliance audit to ensure software licensing control and agreements are in place with up-to-date records.
• Undertake or participate in cross-functional projects or IT-related activities that bring value to the company.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Prior working experience in an organization with strong IT governance.
• Prior knowledge of managing software licenses or agreements.
• A solid background of at least 3 years in hands-on IT audit experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/27001, ITIL, ITGC, COSO, COBIT or PCI-DSS is highly desirable.
• Can start immediately or short notice period will be an added advantage.
