  • The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee and execute performance-driven campaigns across digital channels, with a focus on maximizing ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition for Varun Digital Marketing. The role requires deep expertise in managing paid channels (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to meet revenue and lead generation targets.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns that align with the company’s objectives and growth targets.
  • Work closely with the content, creative, and SEO teams to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize campaign performance, continually test, and refine ad creatives, targeting, and messaging to maximize ROI.
Lead Generation:
  • Create high-impact lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads for the business.
  • Develop a process to track, manage, and optimize the customer journey and lead funnel from initial awareness through to conversion.
Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across channels to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor campaign spend, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets, and make adjustments as needed.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, HubSpot) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
Optimization & Testing:
  • Continuously experiment with A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across all digital channels and keep abreast of industry trends.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, content, SEO, and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed for specialized campaign execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn), display advertising, and programmatic buying.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Ability to derive insights from complex data sets to inform marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Proven ability to manage and optimize budgets effectively across multiple channels.
  • ROI Focused: Demonstrated experience in achieving high ROI and lead generation through paid marketing channels.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate marketing strategies and campaign insights.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative marketing ideas to outperform competitors.
