Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Aon. As an Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of successfully managing a team. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the organization and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. • Lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance, training, and support. • Monitor and analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. • Develop and maintain operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication for effective operations. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators. • Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
