Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop & implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets • Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance their booking experience • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress toward goals • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape sales strategies • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns and events to boost visibility and sales • Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact Qualifications: • Total experience 5+ years • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the service sector • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Willingness to travel for business meetings, training, or promotional events
