Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. This will be achieved by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. He/ She will be required to work closely with clients to identify their needs, provide solutions that meet their requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  2. Generate leads and new business opportunities through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and social media.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify their needs and requirements.
  4. Prepare and present quotes to clients and negotiate terms of sales agreements.
  5. Focus on driving revenue and profit growth through sales of IT hardware solutions (Laptops, Tablets, Desktop monitors, servers, storage, and networking products) and services to our corporate customers (B2B).
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time.
  7. Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical support.
  8. Monitor and report on sales activity and progress to management.
  9. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  10. Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  11. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM systems.
  12. Handle IT hardware products and follow up with concerned teams for the smooth process and completion.
Excellent communication skills and requisite diplomatic/negotiation skills. Ability to communicate and relate to subjects, issues, and clients at many levels. Requirements:
  1. Should have relevant recognized formal qualifications – University level.
  2. Prior work experience of 2 - 5 years of successful B2B IT hardware sales experience in Kuwait.
  3. Background and knowledge of IT/System environments (Storage, Server, Network) – Mandatory.
  4. Experience with enterprise hardware and services solutions.
  5. Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic languages are essential for this job role.
  6. Strong ability to drive sales growth with client focus and relationship-building skills.
  7. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  8. Candidates with Driving License and Visa 18 holders are preferred.
