Baker Hughes Wireline Services deliver state of the art downhole formation evaluation, production logging, reservoir monitoring, perforating, and mechanical services that meet and exceed our clients’ requirements to monitor, extract and maximize their well’s potential to meet the world growing energy demand. Partner with the best As a North Gulf Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning business, developing notions on midterm developments for your department, and elaborating suggestions for the strategic plan of the larger unit. As a North Gulf Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area.
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Following sales processes that require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Handling diverse clients in a region.
- Department is involved in medium-sized sales.
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Wireline Sales or Operations.
- Have good knowledge of Baker Hughes wireline technologies.
- Have good oral and written communication skills and proven interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to influence others and lead small multi-disciplinary teams.
- Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact & coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Have effective problem identification and solving skills.
