- Assist clients in finding the best international and domestic travel deals tailored to their needs.
- Manage reservations, transfers, changes, and cancellations, and provide alternative travel options.
- Book air travel, rail tickets, hotel accommodations, and car rentals.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and monitor global distribution system (GDS) queues to maintain quality.
- Stay informed about airline regulations, industry trends, and current affairs.
- Support interoffice departments in fulfilling client requirements, including Management Information Systems (MIS) tasks.
- Assist the finance team in recovering debts from clients.
- Graduate with IATA Certification
- Proficient in CRS systems, particularly Amadeus
- Solid understanding of the travel industry, including visa and passport norms
- Excellent communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience in both international and domestic travel/ticketing
- Strong knowledge of international fares, routings, and visa processing
