Business Development Manager-HoReCa-Bakery Ingredients

Our client, a leading and highly reputed name in bakery ingredients and products, operating since 25+ years across 10 countries, are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join them. The role is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia , and will cover areas of (not limited to) Jeddah, Dammam and other surrounding regions . This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market . Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients across the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely manner
• Keep track of sales and inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients
• Stay updated on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate them to clients

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the bakery and pastry domain
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel across Dammam, Jeddah and neighboring regions for client visits and business meetings
• Valid driver's license
