Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)
- Analyze and develop the marketing strategies to increase sales opportunities.
- Create a social media plan in the format of a monthly social calendar.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day sales & marketing operations (Webstore, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including text, image, and video concepts that align with the company's brand identity.
- Liaise with marketing-related companies such as online marketing companies, web agencies, advertising agencies, and printing companies.
- Manage customer inquiries.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
- At least 3 years of working experience in e-commerce & marketing.
- Working experience in the Hair & Beauty Industry will be an advantage.
- Highly knowledgeable about e-commerce platforms like Sitegiant, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.
- Proven experience in managing online marketplaces & data analysis.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, and a good team player.
