Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- To source and attract top talent for open positions by utilizing various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
- Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the interview process.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates. Ensure that job descriptions are accurate and appealing.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure that candidate information is up to date in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct New Staff Orientation for new hires and help them familiarize themselves with the new environment within the first month.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by Supervisor/HOD/Management as and when required.
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
