Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

  1. Obtain the assessment evaluation after each in-house program to ensure quality in delivery and effectiveness in talent development activities.
  2. Manage HRDC claim of all applicable development programs and ensure claim timely.
  3. Formulate annual and quarterly plans for each company, adjust annual plans based on quarterly reviews, and provide guidance for company training.
  4. Arrange and organize departmental training sessions, supervise and follow up on the implementation of training plans across companies, and require companies to submit relevant training records to the office.
  5. Organize training for new employees, design and produce training materials and handouts to ensure smooth onboarding training.
  6. Establish a training evaluation system, draft and improve the assessment question bank, evaluate and track training effectiveness, compile relevant training data, and submit reports to company leaders and departments to ensure training meets expected outcomes.
  7. Arrange monthly employee probation exams, revise test papers, and distribute probation assessment forms to each company.
  8. Assist companies with internal and external audits.
  9. Handle other tasks and assignments from leadership.
  10. Coordinate the progress of monthly training and submission of training records among companies, assist colleagues in revising entry exams, and follow up on "team leader training" programs.
  11. Conduct weekly new employee onboarding training.
  12. Monitor and report on the completion of monthly training for each company.
Qualification requirements:
  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources department, as a training coordinator, trainer, or in a similar role.
  3. Ability to speak and write fluently in Mandarin, Malay, and English.
  4. Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  6. Able to complete tasks within the timeline given.
  7. Applicants must be willing to work in Jasin.
  8. Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
