Key Responsibilities: • Analyse, interpret RFP, RFI, RFQ and Perform analysis outcomes. • Experience in Supplier forums, Supplier satisfaction survey, supplier engagements and actively seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain by streamlining steps. • Analyse the supplier performance, utilization and commercial competitiveness for opportunity to renegotiate through an RFI, supplier tiering or rationalization process. • Professional communication skills are essential when conversing and negotiating with vendors. • Document end to end workflow for supplier onboarding; process flow of each step, actor and actions required. • Create business case and requirement document for approval; work with IT Business Partners to identify technology options. • Work with Reporting & Analytics and PMO Team to create individual supplier scorecards packs to be produced quarterly. • Work with Legal to define the audits requirements/checklist/documents required for quarterly worker audits. • Define responsibilities of each team involved in the onboarding process. • Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values. • Experience in MSP process and Supply Chain Management certification is strongly preferred Skills required: • Min 5 years of experience in Vendor Management & Supply Chain Management. • Certification on any of these mandatory: 1. CIPS Qualification 2. The CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) 3. APICS
