What you’ll do at Quess: Project Planning, Delivery & Operations Management:
- Develop/ Validate project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, milestones, budget & timelines.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and manage scope, schedule, costs.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP solutions to ensure functionality and usability.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Change & deployment process
- Operations management
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project deliverables.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to achieve project objectives efficiently .
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and oversee their performance.
- Collaboration with partners, OEM’s & SME’s.
- Conduct reviews with SAP Delivery teams
- Review system parameters, license compliance, patch deployment, upgrade (if required)
- Identify project risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation plans.
- Address and resolve conflicts and issues within the project team and across stakeholders.
- Ensure that SAP projects meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management and propose solutions.
- 15+ Years of experience in project management, specifically in SAP implementations / Delivery.
- Around 5 years of domain experience in Finance/Sales/Supply Chain function.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules, functionalities, and integration points.
- SAP Certification is a plus.
- Development & maintenance of Bespoke Applications.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working with Indian entities.
