We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Store Manager to join our team. As a Cafe Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and profitable operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and staff management Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other operational reports for management Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities Perform other duties as assigned by the management teamQualifications 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store profitability Sound knowledge of Cafe operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Fluent in English Language
