Director of ImplementationsAs a director of implementations, you will lead and develop regional implementation and turnaround projects to deliver successfully and on time, within budget, while meeting KPI's. You will be leading our famous X-team and report directly to our managing director.This is the perfect opportunity for an individual thriving in the midst of implementations, while leading a multi-functional team to ensure successful and seamless go-live of new projects and customers. Hybrid working is something we offer at GXO, but for this role, most of your time will be needed on site.Your responsibilitiesYou are responsible for the Implementation & turnaround project delivery and governance process across the Netherlands and Belgium.Lead and deliver regional implementation & turnaround projects, while meeting KPI's and business case profitability targets.Support, lead and coach multi-functional teams to ensure a seamless go-live of new projects.Support the business in identifying, reporting and managing risks within implementation projects.Influence the outcome of turnaround projects with a hands-on approach while taking initiative in managing various project workstreams ensuring the delivery of success.What you need to succeed at GXOExcellent understanding of contract logistics (3PL) sector.Extensive experience in (greenfield) start-up's, implementation activities, and leading large multidisciplinary teams.A proven track record within project & implementations within logistics.Strong interpersonal awareness skills; you are able to prioritize, coach, and mentor various project workstreams and local teams, typically working under pressure of meeting deadlines.Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.You have a can-do attitude, are pro-active and have a forward-thinking approach.What we offer youAn exciting opportunity in a fast-paced and very dynamic company.Attractive salary and bonus scheme.An electric lease-car allowance.Other secondary benefits include a good pension, holiday days, and holiday allowance.A chance to work with a great team of enthusiastic professionals.Last but not least- a great opportunity to further develop your career within a market leader in logistics!Your future work environmentYou will work in an informal and dynamic environment with motivated colleagues.
