Partner with the best Baker Hughes offers the opportunity as an experienced Senior Technical Support Manager to join the team in Doha, Qatar. The role is based in customer office (QatarGas headquarters). As a Senior Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

Working with assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to understand the client's well construction or production objectives as well as the commercial terms for Baker Hughes (i.e., outcome based contract, line item contract).
Performing offset/similar job analysis to understand application hazards and incident potential.
Designing a Job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client's objective and maximize revenue potential and future job assignments for Baker Hughes.
Working with the Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesman to ensure any risk of meeting the client's objective is communicated to the client using the appropriate channels.
Comparing job as-planned versus job as-executed and document any lessons learned to ensure opportunity for continuous improvement.
Participating in incident investigation when required, ensuring end to end process, from job planning, preparation and execution is considered to determine the incident root cause and drive appropriate corrective actions.

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 10+ years in wellbore construction.
Have 3-4 years experience in customer facing role.
Have exceptional knowledge in Wellbore Construction products, including but not limited to: Open Hole Fishing, Wellbore Clean Out, Remedial and Simulation, Through Tubing Inflatables, Wellbore Intervention, Casing Exits.
Have knowledge of open hole and cased hole completions system.
Have thorough understanding of down hole hydraulics, Torque & Drag, Tubemove Models & MS Office applications.
Be able to work with little supervision and to work well with the team.
Have good time management skills.
Be proficient in the use of computer based programs related to application of product.
