CVL Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships (heavy equipment and vehicle sector), and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate the sales team, manage complex sales processes, and work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities

1. Leads and manages the Commercial Vehicle Lubricant (CVL) Team.
2. Create, plan and execute strategy to achieve sales, volume and profit targets including business growth and defense.
3. Handle key accounts directly with support from sales representatives.
4. Coach, train and mentor the team.
5. Incentive scheme management and execution.
6. Provide market intelligence and information to the management.
7. Cover area: base in HQ JB, covering states of Melaka, Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan.

1. Min degree in engineering majors or higher (Prefer Mechanical in any related course).
2. Can work independently and responsible, pleasant and customer experience focused.
3. At least 5-8 years of working experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the automotive or lubricant industry.
4. Possess own transport and must be willing to travel extensively.
5. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred but not compulsory as the role requires dealing with major Mandarin speaking clients from time to time, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and written.
