SALES EXECUTIVE (JB/KL/PENANG)

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (Compulsory) and English
• Min SPM, Diploma or Degree – major in Logistics, International business, marketing and economics an advantage;
• Fresh graduate or Minimum 1 year work experience – preferable sales / marketing in service industry
• Experience in shipping agency industry will be an added advantage
• Possess own transport, and is willing to travel outstation
• Industry knowledge of both international and local Malaysian shipping practices will be an advantage;

Responsibility

• Responsible for promoting and selling the company's logistics services, maintaining sales goals, pipeline, and objectives.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client-specific needs, and creating solutions that align with the company's logistics sales strategy.
• Prospecting and cultivating new sales leads to establish business.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Providing quotes for current and prospective customers using analytical and logistic planning.
• Assessing customer needs and problems, communicating and implementing logistics solutions.
• Working out logistics concepts to improve customers' logistics supply chain.
• Maintaining constant awareness of product offerings and developments in the logistics market.
• Following up closely with current and prospective customers on offered solutions.
• Taking ownership of customer issues and following through until resolution.
• Responsible for ensuring successful pick-up and delivery, as well as providing over-the-road assistance for customers' freight.
• Performing any other related tasks assigned from time to time.
