We are committed to fostering a cohesive company culture where performance management and career success planning are fully aligned.Role DefinitionThe Project Manager Lead is responsible for overseeing the management, delivery, and profitability of assigned projects. This role encompasses various aspects of event execution, including content, programming, resource management, and commercial performance. The Project Manager ensures that all internal and external KPIs are met, leading project teams on small scale projects and managing specific elements on larger projects.Scope:The Project Manager Lead will engage in the full life cycle of a project, from the initial pitch to delivery and post-event wrap-up. This includes managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication, creating and updating project plans, and maintaining the overall project budget. The role requires identifying and managing revenue streams, integrating sponsorship and marketing opportunities, and ensuring the project is closed with accurate final reconciliations and reports.In this role, the Project Manager Lead will be reporting to the Project Director.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pitch and planning to execution and post-event evaluation.Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including LINKVIVA teams, partners, suppliers, clients, licensing authorities, and venues.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and project coordination.Develop, update, and share comprehensive project plans and status reports.Implement and manage workflows and processes to ensure seamless project delivery.Enhance participant experience by identifying and implementing key touchpoints throughout the project.Maximize ROI through effective integration of sponsorship and marketing opportunities.Oversee the project budget, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and revenues for optimal commercial performance.Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including a project master book.Ensure thorough project closure with final budget reconciliations, post-event reports, and debriefs.Core Skills and Competencies:Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering medium/large-scale events.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and revenue streams.Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with marketing, sponsorship, and event production.Required Experience and Background:5+ years of event management experience in delivering medium to large-scale events (Festivals, Sports, Cultural Events...).Previous experience working in the Middle East.A demonstrated understanding of fashion, retail, food & beverage, and trends relevant to Generation Z.Proven ability to lead project teams from different departments.A valid driving license.Fluent written and spoken English.Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.Your application will be stronger if:You have experience with F&B and retail activations.You have experience with brand creation and development.You have experience with content curation and programming, including B2B content.
