Responsibilities

  1. Introducing areas where Amdocs solutions and services can bring value to customers by gaining a deep technical understanding and insight into customers' environment, challenges, and opportunities.
  2. Formulating processes based on customer requirements and orchestrating a variety of Amdocs products and/or services.
  3. Ensuring resourcefulness that reflects the Amdocs value proposition and our driven advantages. Detailing how the Amdocs offering will function and coordinate within the client environment, and how easy it will be to maintain post-production.
  4. Sharing and presenting end-to-end solutions to executives and business sponsors.
  5. Collaborating with the team to handle new ways and awareness of industry trends, standards, and competition to identify business opportunities.
  6. Providing technical expertise to advise presales and sales teams, and offering ongoing feedback to product management.
  7. Crafting solutions and formulating responses to RFx, building POC/demos, and presenting solutions to customers. Utilizing deep technical knowledge of products and services to align appropriate solutions based on client needs.
