- Work closely with our business development team to take over and onboard new client relationships (In Canada & USA)
- Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships in a professional and timely manner
- Work to develop a thorough understanding of clients’ existing business and assist the Trufla team with creating strategies and solutions to solve client business challenges
- Create and manage an account plan focused on growing Trufla’s relationship with clients and identifies opportunities to help clients improve and grow their business
- Ensure regular and timely communications with clients to keep them up to date on all programs and their performance
- Create and present client reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to all Trufla products and services
- Work with Trufla team to ensure that all client deliverables are executed to plan
- Gather, organize, and present client feedback to help our product owners focus on the enhancements and new features that will provide meaningful benefits to our clients
- Continually update your knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and the insurance industry
- Build strong relationships with team members and partners
- Support the ongoing business development efforts where needed
Job Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a technology company, marketing agency, or professional services firm
- Fluent in English.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate schedules aligned with both Canadian and American time zones
- Proven track record managing client relationships
- Demonstrates initiative and decision-making skills
- Experience with client-facing support for technology solutions
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools like SharePoint and Jira
- Critical thinker with strong attention to details
- Client-centric thinking to ensure that our clients are always our top priority
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for educating our clients
- Flexible and adaptable with proven problem-solving ability
- A high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Works well within a team and independently and able to adjust to tight and changing deadlines
- Be curious and aware of new industry trends and tools that can be leveraged by Trufla and share thoughts with clients and the team
