Note: Applications will only be considered if you have over 15 years of hands-on experience in PPC, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, ERP (Odoo), Supply Chain Management, and other relevant areas. Additionally, this position is 100% on-site in Lahore.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership position, such as CEO, COO, or a comparable executive role, with a verifiable track record of success in scaling businesses. Preferably, this experience should be in fast-paced industries like eCommerce, retail, or video games, where market agility and rapid technological adoption are critical for growth. Extensive and in-depth knowledge of the video game industry, including familiarity with key trends such as the rise of cloud gaming, esports, digital distribution, and shifting consumer preferences. Understanding how to leverage this knowledge to build a competitive edge, create valuable partnerships, and stay ahead of the competition is crucial. Demonstrated experience in shaping and implementing long-term business strategies that align with evolving industry dynamics and internal growth targets. Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives, such as expanding product portfolios, entering new markets, or driving digital transformation within a company, ensuring both agility and stability in operations. Strong grasp of end-to-end eCommerce business operations, including optimizing supply chain efficiency, managing global logistics, and ensuring seamless customer experiences from order fulfillment to after-sales support. Proficient in financial management, with hands-on experience in managing complex budgets, forecasting revenues, and ensuring profitability through effective P&L management. Familiarity with cutting-edge eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, AI-driven customer service solutions, and other technologies that improve business efficiency.

A strong ability to instill a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization. Deep understanding of customer behavior, needs, and preferences, particularly in the gaming community. This includes leveraging data analytics and customer feedback to develop targeted acquisition strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a history of using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Deep expertise in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue. Demonstrated experience in growing or managing operations in international markets, with particular emphasis on the U.S. market. Alignment with the company’s values and a personal passion for video games are critical.

Experience in leading companies through periods of significant change, whether due to market shifts, technological advancements, or internal restructuring. A forward-thinking approach to integrating sustainable practices and corporate responsibility within the company's business model.

Qualifications
