Drilling Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Drilling Supervisor.
2. Deep HPHT exposure of 5 - 7 years with clear timelines.
3. Valid IWCF certificate for Surface BOP; any other certification is not acceptable.
4. Experience with well depths up to TVD +/- 20,000’ and mud weight up to 20ppg, with high H2S concentration.
5. Experience with 15K BOP.
6. Proven ability to handle well control events, with specific cases or examples.
7. Experience with fishing operations in tough environments.
8. Type of rigs worked: 3000 HP, 1500 HP/2000 HP PAD Rig, and Infill rig.
9. Experience in high angle and horizontal wells drilling.
10. Strong knowledge of safety and environmental standards.
11. Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to make decisions under pressure.
12. Conversant with Daily Drilling Reporting System, preferably OpenWells .
