Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct sales and service negotiation with clients and suppliers.
  2. Resolve customer and supplier complaints effectively and submit regular and timely sales reports.
  3. Achieve sales volume and gross profit targets.
  4. Develop new customers and build PR with existing and new customers and suppliers.
  5. Sell products through specialized knowledge of the products and a deep understanding of customer needs.
  6. Perform cost-benefit analysis.
  7. Follow up on customer payment status and assist in resolving shipment issues.
  8. Monitor competition in the market and manage payment collection.
  9. Implement responsive, responsible, and reliable value in the team.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. 3-5 years of working experience in the Plastic Resin and Metal materials field or other related industries.
  2. Demonstrated sales record and initiative to acquire new customers, recommend solutions, and execute sales.
  3. Product knowledge of Industrial Materials, such as Plastic Resin and Metal materials, is preferred; technical knowledge is advantageous.
  4. Proven knowledge and execution power to implement successful development strategies.
  5. Knowledge of the latest market and business trends is imperative for developing business strategies to penetrate new markets.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; knowledge of Japanese is advantageous.
  8. Ability to travel, including overseas travel, is required.
