Company DescriptionThe Layton Rahmatulla Benevolent Trust (LRBT) is a nonprofit organization focused on preventing curable blindness and impaired vision in people living near the poverty line in Pakistan. LRBT operates 20 Hospitals and over 50 clinics nationwide, providing surgical and treatment options for various eye-related ailments such as cataract, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and corneal issues. With over 10,200 patients visiting OPDs and 1100 surgeries performed daily, LRBT is a major provider of eye care in Pakistan, impacting and improving the lives of many.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for Ophthalmologists at LRBT located in all four provinces of Pakistan. The Ophthalmologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various eye conditions, performing surgeries, using laser technology, and providing optometry services to patients on a daily basis.QualificationsFCPS/FRCS/MCPS/DOMS/MS OphthalmologyEye OPD and Phaco Surgery skillsExperience with Laser technologyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamValid PMDC licenseExperience in handling a diverse range of eye-related cases
