  1. Manage and ensure information between mall and shoppers’ profile is timely, accurate and reinforces the mall’s brand identity and positioning in the reward program.
  2. Co-create and coordinate in uploading the approved contents, photos and relevant information to the mall’s website, and CRM communications channel (EDM, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp etc) to build engagement with members.
  3. Support, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing, promotion and thematic events to enhance shoppers' loyalty and encourage retail sales.
  4. Maintain relationships with service providers, vendors, and tenants to ensure collaboration in marketing activities, joint promotions in B2B reward program including resolving issues related to terminal, App or system.
  5. Assist in the administrative tasks such as B2B reward program and data reporting tracking.
  6. Support and be responsible for procurement related to campaigns, activities and capex items such as inventory and CRM related items.
Qualifications
  1. Fresh Graduate or 1 – 2 years of experience.
  2. Any related course or professional course attended.
