Role Overview: As an HR Executive at CodeMiners, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s culture and managing our HR functions. You will be the go-to person for everything related to HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. Your efforts will be critical in fostering a positive and productive work environment as we scale. Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal details, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll administration and benefits management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Compliance & Policy Development:
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with current labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with management and team leaders to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and drive HR-related projects.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal changes, applying this knowledge to improve HR processes.
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing HR strategies and practices to support CodeMiners’ growth.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage sensitive issues with discretion.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent management, with the ability to attract and retain top talent.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience working in a startup or small business environment.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits administration and payroll processing.
