As a Company Ambassador in the Community Success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery, accurate data management, and support for key projects. This position combines customer service, accounts receivable administration, and general administrative duties to contribute to the overall success of our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceAnswer overflow reception calls for Tribe Management, addressing general inquiries and escalating complex issues to the Community TeamProcess Accounting-related Help Desk tickets within the Tribe Home Community Platform, providing timely and comprehensive responsesManage the Transit Pass Program, including locating missing information/documents and monitoring the inboxAccounts Receivable and Financial AdministrationPerform AR duties, including processing payment requestsCompile and distribute financial statements, adding bank reconciliations and invoice copiesProcess returned mail by contacting owners via phone/email to obtain current mailing addressesAdministrative SupportMaintain accurate record-keeping by saving documents into system repositoriesCollaborate on ad hoc projects as needed, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organizationRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldMust have excellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quicklyProficiency in Office 365, Asana Task Management, Zoho CRM, and Yardi Accounting software (or similar platforms)Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial tasksAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyCustomer-centric mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectationsAdaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilitiesPrevious experience in customer service or accounts receivable rolesFamiliarity with property management or community association softwareBackground in financial administration or bookkeeping#J-18808-Ljbffr
