Job Title: System Admin L2 Experience: 5+ years Contract Duration: 6 Months+ Location: Remote Job Description We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Admin L2 to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing our Windows Server environment, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix, and desktop support functions. You will also handle patch management, software installations, and backup and recovery processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact with our clients and will work closely with them as a Project Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:

  • Windows Server Administration: Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Active Directory Management: Handle user accounts, group policies, and security permissions within Active Directory.
  • Office 365 Administration: Administer and support O365 environments, including user management, mail flow, and collaboration tools.
  • Citrix Administration: Support and maintain Citrix environments, ensuring seamless access to virtual desktops and applications.
  • Desktop Support: Provide Level 2 support for desktop-related issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Patch Management and Software Installations: Implement patch management strategies and oversee software deployments across the organization.
  • Backup and Recovery: Manage backup solutions and ensure reliable data recovery processes.
  • Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring effective communication and coordination on projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in system administration, with a focus on Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, and Citrix.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 administration.
  • Experience with Citrix administration.
  • Familiarity with patch management tools and backup/recovery solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Project Coordination: Ability to coordinate and manage small to medium-sized IT projects.
