The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. This role involves overseeing the social media presence for multiple brands, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and leading a team of social media professionals. Content Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Plan and manage content calendars for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is aligned with product launches, promotions, and overall brand messaging.
  • Content Creation & Management:
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Manage video production, graphic design, and motion graphics to create visually appealing content.
  • Oversee the creation of blog posts, articles, and other written content that supports the brand’s thought leadership in kitchen automation.
Social Media Management:
  • Manage and optimize the company’s social media pages, ensuring consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetics.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
  • Influencer & Community Engagement:
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
  • Foster relationships with key influencers and partners to drive brand advocacy and product adoption.
  • Engage with online communities and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to assess the performance of content and campaigns.
  • Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize content strategy for better results.
  • Keep up with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to align social media activities with broader company goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers to execute the social media strategy effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple brands or high-profile accounts.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
