COMPANY OVERVIEW Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role. Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new and potential customers in coordination with Regional Team to enhance business base and volume.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and responsible for building strong client relationships, developing account management strategies, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
  • Focal point for all Ministerial, GoP & Key Accounts for matters relating to Sales, Operations and Network to resolve the matters on priority.
  • Monitor consumption of various Fleet, Corporate & Commercial Cards accounts for immediate focus in case actions required.
  • Carry out monthly evaluations on key accounts performance, identify and provide necessary inputs required for continuous business growth.
  • Designing and implementing promotional scheme and ensure quality display and merchandising.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Understanding the business from Operations perspective to bridge between internal stakeholders.
  • Gather market intelligence to gain insight of competitors activities, major initiatives, and clients feedback to formulate business management plan to address the same.
  • Liaison with key existing and potential customers for sustaining long term business relationship and diversification of cards business portfolio.
  • Analyze the business reports pertaining to Trends, Industry, Sales and Receivables to take decisions proactively.
Education
  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree holder, preferably in the discipline of Marketing or related field.
Experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at a senior equivalent position or one position below.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
Age
  • The candidate should be preferably not more than 40 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
