Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our talent acquisition strategy by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent from the corporate sectors. Location: Thane (Monday to Saturday) Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business heads to identify staffing needs Assimilate selection criteria as per existing company standards
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
• Identify critical, unique / niche positions for building a talent pipeline and anticipates future needs as well.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening, assessments and in-person interviews
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements and help interviewers to better the BEI
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Assist in employee retention and development.
• Attendance & Payroll management & Maintain Statutory Compliances
• Performance Management System (PMS)- Define KRA, Review KPI, Identify target gaps. Appraisal cycle, Motivate and lead the team.
• Employee engagement activities, Rewards, Performer of the month etc.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the overall business strategy
• Develop Target Incentive schemes from time to time.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in reputed companies.
• Candidate Should have Exposure of Working in Chemical Industry
• Candidate Should Be Able to Manage End to End Recruitment
• Self-motivated & self-driven professional who can take decisions & develop expertise to interview candidates.
• Position is for Female Candidate Only Preferably Staying Near our Location.
