Overview Description Hire Resolve's client in Umhlanga, is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Compliance Legal Counsel to join their team. As a Senior Compliance Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance on compliance matters to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your key responsibilities will include conducting compliance risk assessments, developing and implementing compliance programs, and leading compliance training initiatives. You will also collaborate with business units to identify and address potential compliance issues, and provide recommendations for improvement. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in compliance and a deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
