Job details
Lead the design and development of prefabricated rebar components, including beams, columns, cages.Create accurate and detailed rebar drawings, schedules, and bending templates using CAD software and specialized rebar detailing tools.Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements and constraints.Optimize manufacturing processes and production workflows for prefabricated rebar fabrication, including detailing, cutting, bending, welding, and assembly operations.Coordinate with project teams, architects, consultants, to integrate prefabricated rebar components into construction projects and resolve technical issues.Engage with the Rebar prefab suppliers for establishing the rebar factory.
