From cosmopolitan hideaways to seaside paradises and a growing global portfolio, Tivoli curates exceptional services and experiences for its cherished guests.Job DescriptionResponsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Assist the Front Desk Managerin all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followedProvides managerial support for concierge desk, in the daily operational duties for these areasConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceCommunicate through pre-shift logs, emails and departmental meetings all pertinent information for the respective shift and areas of operationTrain team members and fulfill training role.Manage any emergencies on the concierge desk and take necessary actionsFollow up all audit points with regards to LQA, JDsetc..Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Service focused personality is essentialPrevious experience in a similar leadership role is an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by exampleUnderstanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environmentAbility to work with constant interruptions with a high degree of professionalism
