1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT1.1 The business development process of the Company requires that the incumbent remains fully vigilant regarding potential opportunities in the markets of the Company's interest. The incumbent must lead the business development activities by giving proper direction to the Business Development team and, where required, personally meet potential dealers.1.2 The incumbent should focus on new dealer/new area/new market where we are placed as a preferred choice with the dealers. Such jobs will allow the Company to get healthy profits. Early identification of a potential job, creating alliances, networking with dealers, and meeting their expectations will steer them towards ZXMCO and encourage them to avoid looking at other possible options.1.3 The incumbent should maintain close coordination with the Executive Director to provide full support in their acquisition of Business, proposals, and strategies, etc.1.4 Ensure that Sales & Marketing has clear objectives and develops suitable strategies, plans, and budgets capable of achieving them.1.5 Conceive strategies that ensure perpetual growth in Motorcycle Sale Business turnover, in line with the direction set out by Management.2. COLLECTIONS & RECOVERIES:2.1 A detailed planned Collection & Recoveries strategy should be conceived for the region. This collection strategy should be presented to the Executive Director. Manage the collection process of delinquent accounts to maintain credible receivables, including establishing relationships with collection agencies and collection attorneys.2.2 Manage and create excellent relationships with dealers for recovery matters. Prepare a weekly recovery plan for collection & recoveries. Maintain an appropriate credit risk level as well.2.3 Recommend and make appropriate changes to the company credit management policy. Operate within the guidelines and requirements of the company's credit policy.3. DEPARTMENT'S COORDINATION:3.1 Coordinate with the HR Department for the development of human resources in the sales & marketing department, focusing on personnel training, identifying gaps in the performance of team members, and implementing HR Policies in true sense.3.2 Coordinate with the After Sales & Customer Care Department.3.3 Coordinate with the Central Sales Department for dealer orders, update ledgers, etc.3.4 Coordinate with Accounts & Finance Departments for smooth transactions of cash flow, recoveries, and updating dealer ledgers.Job SpecificationMinimum Graduation with 5 to 8 years of experience.Information Technology and Services - Lahore, Pakistan.About UsZXMCO Pakistan is a leading motorcycle manufacturing company working under Abdul Samad Group of Companies and winner of Lahore Chamber of Commerce for 5 consecutive years.
