Reimagine What’s Possible Purpose To administer and develop the Asia SAP Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM) System. Nature and Scope As a member of the Management Systems Group, the Maintenance Systems Specialist is a technical resource for our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and Spare Parts IMS (Inventory Management Systems), supporting multiple businesses. This includes Industrial Gases, Liquid Bulk, Helium, Packaged Gases and Discrete Manufacturing. SAP is the primary database. DIMENSIONS

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES SAP Preventive Maintenance (PM) Create, build, load, and validate new plant databases using online and data migration transfer processes. This involves studying plant flowsheets to determine the most appropriate database tree structure, creating master equipment, class and characteristics, measuring point, Bill of Materials load files and developing and loading appropriate preventive maintenance task lists and plans. Execute online database changes and batch data migration transfer programs to update plant database files, maintain data integrity, and ensure the database conforms to current worldwide standards, policies, and procedures. Audit plant databases for completeness and accuracy, ensuring they meet operational and maintenance requirements. Provide practical and technical guidance to facility and maintenance support staff on all preventive maintenance system matters. Ensure PM Tasks are consistently applied and that PM Programs reflect Corporate and Business requirements for Safety, Reliability, and Productivity. Material Management (MM) System Perform all spare parts materials management activities including processing SAP transactions, spare parts requisition, and ensuring good housekeeping practices in the warehouse. Coordinate the receiving, storage, and distribution of spare parts, ensuring proper accounting and recording. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Any other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree or Diploma in relevant field. Preferably 3-5 years working experience in a similar industry. Knowledge of SAP Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Material Management (MM). Strong understanding of SAP and the ability to configure it according to business requirements. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and effective communication skills at all levels within the organization.
