Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies. Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and property showcases. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, to reach potential buyers. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all sales transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Assist clients with paperwork, contracts, and any necessary documentation. Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to facilitate smooth transactions. Sales Targets and Reporting: Set and work towards sales targets and quotas established by the company. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
