Service Engineer

Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering)

• Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly.
• Provide practical training to clients and subordinates.
• Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot systems and equipment.
• Read repair manuals and liaise with other professionals.
• Responsible for in-house repairs and service activities.
• Maintain quality records.
• Perform maintenance and provide customer support.

• Candidate must at least possess a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering related fields or equivalent experience.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills.
• Multi-tasking and able to carry out jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Knowledge in operating computers and experience in MS Office Word and Excel.
• Passport, driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within/outside Malaysia (short periods of time).
• Ability to explain problems clearly.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a changing schedule.
