We are into Mobile Accessories & IT Products Whole Sales. Looking for a GM from Sales Sector. Leading Trading organization in Bahrain is seeking a General Manager with at least 5+ years of experience in the same field. Proficiency in Hindi and English is an added advantage. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of successful management. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company.
- Manage staff tasks efficiently.
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of the work environment.
- Implement new strategies to improve business performance.
- Recognize the team's efforts.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Report directly to the Chairman & Director.
