Job Responsibility
- Managing office operations and administrative support functions
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and managing the outsourced team
- Handling correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in maintaining and monitoring SLA
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Follow-up and update current job status
- Assisting in project coordination and management
- Providing support to senior management as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma holder in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software (Excel / PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
