Job Responsibility

  1. Managing office operations and administrative support functions
  2. Coordinating meetings, appointments, and managing the outsourced team
  3. Handling correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Assisting in maintaining and monitoring SLA
  5. Organizing and maintaining files and records
  6. Follow-up and update current job status
  7. Assisting in project coordination and management
  8. Providing support to senior management as needed

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum diploma holder in relevant field
  2. Minimum 2 years of work experience
  3. Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software (Excel / PowerPoint)
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English
  5. Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
