Retail Development Executive - Jotun Group

Summary Of The Role As Retail Development Executive, you will be responsible to manage and develop Jotun’s retail concept by implementing initiatives towards customers in line with regional priorities and direction to support and enhance Jotun’s brand and products presence in the marketplace. This position is based in Kuwait and reports to the Marketing Manager. Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain the Jotun Shop Concept standard by monitoring the implementation of new shops and evaluating existing shops according to the regional guidelines in order to sustain Jotun's brand image in the market and provide customers with an exceptional experience.
2. Develop and maintain promotional activities by monitoring regional programs (Master Painter, Loyalty Program, and Premiere League) and planning exhibitions, events, and seminars for end users, interior designers, and fresh graduates to increase sales, Jotun brand awareness, and footfall on our shop network.
3. Manage and lead the multicolor team by setting objectives and providing necessary coaching and guidance in order to support their development and achieve the function’s targets.
4. Coordinate with the regional retail development team to develop and implement regional promotional programs and projects in the local market.
5. Develop and oversee all retail development training programs by monitoring and following up on the “Jotun Way,” “Paint Academy,” and “Introduction to Jotun” seminars in order to provide the best customer experience.
6. Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market.

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. English proficiency is required, Arabic is an advantage
3. Trade Marketing experience is an added advantage
