Location:Lahore
Responsibilities:Work on BDD model.
Develop and review feature files in Gherkin and automate them.
Develop automated test scripts for new features of n-1 sprint.
Develop automated scripts for all regression flows.
Maintain the entire automation script.
Report and update defects, verify defect fixes using the JIRA defect tracking tool.
Work as a manual tester in certain circumstances.
Execute automated flows on different servers like local QA, UAT, PROD.
Required Skills:Practical knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and Software Automation Life Cycle.
Strong hands-on experience developing software tests for functional and regression testing that includes automated and ad-hoc testing elements.
Strong understanding of different automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of BDD and Cucumber/Gherkin.
Provide input into improving the Automation test framework for the organization.
Good skills in writing SQL queries in SQL Server.
Engage with the development team to resolve identified defects.
Familiarity with a programming language, preferably Java or Groovy.
Background working with Git, Bitbucket, SVN, Jenkins, or similar tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
