- Help lead the planning, execution, and delivery of datacenter and cloud infrastructure projects.
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of projects with multiple work streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our MCS, technique operation, security, and application to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate, refine, and help accelerate the project kick-off and onboarding process through timely scheduling and proactive partnerships with appropriate team members.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of resource plans ensuring effective resource allocation and distribution across portfolio of projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Help build and maintain customer tailored processes to ensure all team members are prepared and follow clear, documented, tracked, and communicated expectations and deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in datacenter and cloud infrastructure management.
- Advocate for quality and security within systems and act as a reviewer/tester where and as appropriate.
- Ensure regular and meticulous updating of all key project resources and communication tools ensuring roadmap accuracy and cross-company clarity.
- Ensure best practices are maintained in project management methodologies.
- Partner across Product and Technology teams to navigate conflicts, see opportunities, ensure alignment with objectives, finding common ground and promoting understanding of alternative viewpoints.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements. Other strategic business initiatives or cross-functional project involvement as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure, datacenter, or cloud-based projects.
- PMP, ITIL, or similar project management certification is required.
- Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud, Security or Collaboration (Unified Communications) Project Management experience required.
- Experience with Network Refresh projects, in a Project Management capacity.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and datacenter infrastructure components.
- Experience with Bank/Payment industry project management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of PCI-DSS policy and compliance is preferred.
- Desire and ability to work at an extremely fast pace.
- Proven ability to manage and drive multiple workflows/projects forward within a matrixed, agile work environment.
- Proven ability to manage the details of many concurrent projects.
- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to promote forward momentum within a project-based environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports -preferably using Clarity.
- Experience working in a remote team.
- Collaborate on complex, cross-functional technical projects.
- Excellent written, oral, listening and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
