Head Bartender - Fine-dining Standalone

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the bar operations in a fine-dining standalone restaurant setting.
• Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes in line with the restaurant's concept.
• Train and supervise bar staff to ensure high-quality service and consistent cocktail preparation.
• Maintain inventory levels and order bar supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bar area.
• Interact with customers to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create cocktail pairings for the menu.

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end or fine-dining establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and creativity in drink preparation.
