Financial Accountant Our client, a long-established international engineering & technical services multinational, is undergoing significant expansion across all business units. The Job: As a key part of the team & reporting directly to the FC with a dotted line to the CFO, your duties will focus on the preparation of monthly & annual management accounts as well as supporting business unit managers with their departmental finance needs & projects. More specifically, you will manage the month-end close processes, complete P&L reviews, prepare complex balance sheet & cash flow forecasts, take ownership of departmental annual budgets, implement continuous improvement initiatives, lead project teams (including for capital spend projects), & provide financial advice & guidance to operations management teams across the business. Your Skills/Experience that we need:
- 3rd level degree qualified.
- Fully qualified accountant.
- 2-3+ years industry experience, with experience gained in a multinational manufacturing environment being a significant advantage.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
- Experience/knowledge in using ERP systems would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative & manage projects.
